3. How are the classes conducted?

Our classes are delivered online through interactive video sessions, allowing for real-time engagement with experienced instructors. We utilize a user-friendly platform that supports screen sharing, virtual whiteboards, and other tools to enhance the learning experience.

4. What are the costs of your memberships?
We offer a variety of flexible membership plans to help you achieve your Spanish learning goals. Here are our current programs:

Monthly Group Classes – $99/month
Our most popular option for consistent daily practice.

• Includes 20 hours of live group classes per month (1 hour/day, Monday-Friday).
• Perfect for learners of all levels (A1-C2) seeking an affordable and structured path to fluency.

8 Hours/Month – $99
Personalized 1-on-1 sessions with flexible scheduling.

5. What is the duration and frequency of the classes?
The Hour of Class duration is 55 minutes, and our schedule runs from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Nicaragua time. We use software that allows you to select your preferred time based on your local time zone, syncing it with Nicaragua time.
6. Who are the instructors, and what are their qualifications?

Our instructors are native Spanish speakers with significant teaching experience and relevant certifications. They have between 5 to 28 years of experience teaching Spanish as a second language in Nicaragua. They follow a CEFR-aligned roadmap and are trained in ELE teaching methodology.

9. What platforms are available for taking classes with the Online Spanish Classes program?

We provide online Spanish instruction through Zoom for group weekly classes. For weekend private classes, we offer options including Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, and WhatsApp for one-on-one sessions.

10. What resources and materials are provided to students?

Students have access to a comprehensive range of learning materials, including definitions, rules, clarifications, practice exercises, and multimedia resources. We also provide:

  • Session recordings
  • Digital textbooks
  • Homework assignments linked to our online lesson system

These resources are designed to enhance learning outside of class.

11. What is the schedule for classes?
  • Group Classes: Available Monday to Friday and weekends during flexible hours.
  • Private Classes:
    • Weekdays: Start time between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm (Nicaragua time). For one hour per day.
    • Weekends: 2 to 4 hours per session. Students can choose:
      • 2 hours on Saturday and 2 hours on Sunday, or
      • 4 hours on a single weekend day.
12. What happens if I miss a class?

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way. Here’s what to do if you can’t make it to a class:

  • For 1-on-1 Private Classes (Beta & Weekend Programs):If you know you’ll miss a class, please notify your instructor at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. You can reschedule a maximum of 2 times per month. Please note:
    • A class missed without 24-hour notice (a “no-show”) or a class beyond the 2-reschedule limit will be marked as completed and cannot be refunded or made up.
    • All rescheduled classes must be taken within your active membership period.
  • For Group Classes (Monthly & 4-Month Plans):Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule individual classes within a group setting. However, if you miss a session, we will provide you with a recorded video of the class so you can study the material and stay on track with your progress.
13. What are your memberships policy?

Our membership policies are designed to be fair and clear, ensuring a great learning experience for everyone. Here’s a summary of the key points:

  • Rescheduling:
    • Private Classes: You can reschedule up to 2 times per month with at least 24 hours’ notice.
    • Group Classes: Rescheduling is not available, but a recorded video of each session will be provided if you miss a class.
  • Cancellations:
    • Monthly Memberships: You can cancel anytime. Just notify us at least 7 days before your next payment to avoid being billed again.
    • Fixed-Term Plans (like the 4-Month Commitment): These are non-refundable once the first class has been taken.
  • Class Usage: All lessons included in your membership must be used within your active membership period and cannot be carried over to the next month.
  • Performance: To advance to the next level, students must achieve a minimum score of 90% on the level completion exam.

14. What performance is required to complete a level?

Students must achieve 90% performance to successfully complete a level. If a student does not meet this requirement, they will not be advanced to the next level. This ensures that all students master the material before progressing.

15. Do you offer trial classes?

Yes. We offer a trial class to give you the opportunity to experience our teaching approach before making a commitment. This trial also allows us to administer a placement test, helping you better understand where to begin on your journey to mastering the Spanish language.
